DanceSchool is your professional partner in running a dance school. It manages your clients, pupils, classes, schedules, venues and teachers. It even helps out with the school shows!
But most importantly, it manages your invoicing. You define the classes and workshops that your dancers are taking this term, plus any sales items such as uniforms and shoes, and DanceSchool produces professionally formatted invoices listing the items and showing the totals due.
You can email invoices at the click of a button (requires a Sinch Mailgun account.) You can enter payments as they appear in your bank account, and keep track of your clients’ balances, sending reminders and updates as necessary.
A messaging system lets you communicate with your clients through the web interface.
There are four levels of security for DanceSchool user accounts:
- System admin (if you’re hosting your own system)
- School admin, for managing all aspects of a school
- Bookings manager, for assistant staff
- Client, for school clients to log in, see their own classes and lessons, view their invoices directly and send messages to you
